Product Availability

Due to the exclusive nature of our product there is only limited availability of all items as they will mostly be one-off designs. Orders can be placed for these items however they will be 'similar' in nature only with your choice of opal type and colour.

Shipping

Within Australia, we use express post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Please note that orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Within Australia all items are sent Registered Post. Please contact us if you wish to have standard non- registered post.

Delivery is within 7 business days for orders placed by 11am Monday - Friday. International shipping is based on Australia Post's postage calculator and is added according to country and weight. Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange. Opals Fine Jewellery needs to be informed of your intention to return items within 7 business days. The customer will be bear cost of return freight. Goods must be received in original condition and undamaged. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.

GST

All prices shown are plus GST( Goods and Services Tax) . Overseas customers do not need to pay this tax. Exported goods are not subject to Australian GST.
